How CreatorRated Works
How we collect public profile details, group creators, and order directory results.
How directory order is determined
Curated priority tiers determine the broad order. Within each tier, available public demand, engagement, media-depth, and profile-completeness signals help order profiles. Missing signals are not treated as proof of quality or activity.
1. Curated priority
Intentional editorial priority values create the top-level tiers. Those tiers take precedence over numerical popularity signals.

2. Public demand and likes
Available monthly search-volume and public like-count fields contribute to ordering within a tier. They are treated as signals, not guarantees of subscriber value.

3. Public media depth
Available photo, video, and source post counts contribute to the within-tier score. Video counts receive additional weight in the directory scoring function.

4. Profile completeness
Available avatar, username, source badges, and validation-state fields can contribute to ordering. Within the same tier, profiles with an avatar are displayed before those without one.

Step-by-step process
Data Collection
CreatorRated imports available public profile fields such as creator name, bio, photo and video counts, listed subscription price, username, and location.
Enrichment
Profiles can be associated with available search-volume data, niche tags, and geographic fields. Unknown fields remain absent rather than being presented as fact.
Tiering and scoring
Curated priority tiers are applied first. Available demand, like, media, source, and profile-completeness signals then produce an ordering score within each tier.
Grouping
Profiles appear in applicable niche and location directories. Duplicate aliases are consolidated so the same creator does not occupy several places in one list.
Publication
Eligible profiles are published to CreatorRated directory pages and can be browsed by niche, location, and available pricing information. Directory order can change when source data or curation changes.
Filtering and discovery
Once creators are ranked, you can discover them through:
- Niche pages: Browse the top 100+ creators in a specific category
- Location pages: Find creators based in specific countries or US states
- Free/Free-trial filters: Discover creators with no subscription fee or current free trials
- Price filters: Sort by subscription cost ($0, $3–$10, $11–$25, $26+)
- Search: Find individual creators by name or username
What we don't do
- Accept payment from creators in exchange for higher rankings
- Manipulate rankings for algorithmic engagement or virality
- Share subscriber data or personal information
- Provide links to pirated or leaked content
- Filter creators based on sexual orientation, ethnicity, or other protected characteristics
